- MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or MHRM preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- 3–7 years of HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization.
- Knowledge of hospital HR operations and labour compliance will be an advantage
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, technicians, administrative and support staff.
- Plan manpower requirements according to hospital departments and workload.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate selections, and manage employee onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel documentation.
- Coordinate payroll, salary processing, incentives, and statutory deductions.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and hospital policies.
- Coordinate staff training, induction, performance appraisal, and development programs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
