Job Description:
- Possess 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in card scheme settlement operations, with robust knowledge of day-to-day settlement processes across major payment networks such as Visa, Mastercard, CBUAE, and other relevant card schemes.
- Demonstrate 3 to 5 years of experience in managing and processing scheme billing activities, with in-depth knowledge of billing platforms and systems such as Visa Integrated Billing System (VIBS) and Mastercard Billing System (MCBS).
- Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation, settlement, and billing processing in compliance with scheme regulations, operational procedures, and service level agreements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate, resolve, and escalate settlement and billing discrepancies as required.




- Experience in chargeback operations and dispute management will be considered an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Banking, or a related discipline.
- Good understanding of card payment operations, scheme rules, and settlement cycles.
- Proficiency in reconciliation, reporting, and stakeholder management.
