Planning and DesignMake the main project plan and timeline.Read blueprints and technical drawings.Figure out the cost of materials and labor.Get building permits and local licenses.Budget and Money ManagementSet and track the project budget.Negotiate contracts with workers and suppliers.Buy tools, machines, and building materials.Control extra costs and handle change orders.Team and Site WorkHire subcontractors and assign daily tasks.Visit work sites to check on progress and quality.Fix problems and solve worker disagreements.Follow health and safety rules on-site.Communication and ReportingTalk with clients, engineers, and architects.Write status reports for company leaders.Lead project meetings.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
