Role Description
The Ground Instructor will deliver classroom-based instruction on aviation theory, regulations, aircraft systems, navigation, meteorology, and safety procedures to aspiring pilots. Responsibilities include planning and structuring lessons,



preparing training materials, conducting assessments, and providing constructive feedback to support student learning and exam readiness. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of aviation standards, coordinating with flight instructors to align ground and flight training, and contributing to curriculum development and continuous improvement of training programs. The Ground Instructor will also mentor students, support their career development, and uphold academy policies and safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of aviation theory, regulations, navigation, meteorology, and aircraft systems, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Experience in classroom teaching or aviation instruction, including lesson planning, training delivery, and student assessment.
