Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional sales and business development activities.
- Develop new customers and dealer/distributor networks.
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities for industrial storage and retail display solutions.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, production and installation teams.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts and market updates.
- Lead and motivate the regional sales team.





Candidate Profile
- B Tech/MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in industrial racks, warehouse solutions, storage systems, retail fixtures or related B2B products.
- Robust communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
