* Develop, review, and update quality control guidelines and train staff on adherence.

* Set quality specifications for raw materials and ensure vendor compliance.

* Supervise and guide QC inspectors, technicians, and other team members.

* Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities, health and safety protocols, and legal obligations.

* Conduct quality audits and implement corrective actions where necessary.

* Maintain accurate documentation of quality control processes and test results.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.

* 2+ years of experience in quality control within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.

* Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory standards, and quality assurance protocols.

* Experience in handling quality audits and compliance documentation.

* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

* Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and quality testing tools.
