Role Description The Inside Sales Executive will work on-site in Noida in a full-time capacity, engaging prospective students and families to understand their education and career goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads,



explaining LearningShala’s programs and services, and guiding potential learners through the admissions and enrollment process. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up on leads, and achieving individual and team sales targets while providing explicit, ethical information. The Inside Sales Executive will collaborate closely with counseling and mentoring teams to ensure a smooth student journey from initial inquiry to admission. This position requires consistent on-site presence for meetings, training, and coordination with the wider team.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including experience handling inquiries and converting prospects.
- Candidate must have completed the MBA Degree or any post graduate degree
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to explain programs clearly and support
