Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection processes of digital marketing profiles mainly.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding processes, including orientation, paperwork, and training.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work culture.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records,



including personnel files, attendance records, and HR databases.
- Prepare and maintain HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Compliance and Legal:
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
- Assist in investigations related to employee complaints, grievances, or disciplinary matters.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in human resource management, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
