Weekly Off: 1st & 3rd Saturday + All Sundays

Monday to Friday: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Drop facility available)

2nd, 4th & 5th Saturday: 12:00PM to 9:00 PM (No drop facility)

Job Summary:

NCR Eduservices is looking for an experienced International B2B Inside Sales / International B2B Sales professional to drive business growth across international markets, primarily USA, Canada, and Australia.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B international sales, lead generation, cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn prospecting, C-level engagement, client acquisition, negotiation, and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities across the US, Canada, and Australia markets.
- Research and target educational institutions, enterprises,



and potential business partners.
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to expand the company's client base.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.

Sales & Lead Management:
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closure.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update lead/client information in CRM.
- Prepare sales reports and track key performance metrics.

Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain robust relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and senior stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and present customized education/service solutions.
- Conduct product/service presentations and sales discussions with international
