Working Days: Monday - Saturday (2nd and 4th being remote)

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, networking, referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, universities, institutions, organisations, and other prospective clients.
- Present the organisation’s programmes and services to prospective clients, understand their requirements, and convert opportunities into successful engagements and partnerships.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects, maintain an updated sales pipeline, track opportunities, and ensure consistent movement of leads through the business development cycle.
- Research market trends, competitor offerings, and potential markets to identify opportunities for expanding the organisation’s reach and developing new business avenues.

Eligibility Criteria




- Candidates pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, Communications, or a related field are eligible to apply.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, partnerships, or a related role will be preferred. Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to conduct market research, generate leads, manage follow-ups, maintain sales pipelines, and work towards defined targets.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, proactive, organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
