*Role Summary:*

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Qualified to join our finance team. This role is critical for ensuring the accuracy of our financial operations and requires an individual with a deep understanding of retail accounting. The ideal candidate is a CA Inter with substantial experience in the lifestyle retail industry, possessing strong leadership and analytical skills.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*Core Accounting & Compliance:*
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate finalization of books.
- Ensure strict adherence to statutory regulations including GST filings, TDS deductions, and other tax compliances.
- Coordinate with external auditors for statutory and internal audits.





*Retail-Specific Financial Management:*
- Manage inventory accounting and reconciliation processes, ensuring accurate valuation and landed cost calculations.
- Monitor daily financial transactions across multiple store locations including sales, stock adjustments, and expenses.
- Oversee reconciliations for payment gateways, banking transactions, and cash-on-delivery (COD) collections.
- Prepare and review Management Information System (MIS) reports, including P&L; analysis, budgets, and forecasts for management review.

*Team Leadership & Process Improvement:*
- Supervise, mentor, and guide junior accounting staff to ensure accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Implement and monitor robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve process efficiency.
