We are looking for a reliable and responsible Collections Executive to manage payment collection and follow-ups with customers and business parties.

This is primarily a field-based position and will involve regular travel to customers and business locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers and business parties to collect outstanding payments
- Follow up on pending and overdue payments
- Coordinate with customers regarding payment schedules and commitments
- Collect cheques and other payment-related documents
- Deposit cheques/payments with banks when required
- Maintain accurate records of collections and outstanding amounts
- Provide regular updates to management regarding pending payments
- Coordinate with the accounts team to reconcile collections
- Build and maintain skilled relationships with customers
- Travel within Ludhiana, across Punjab, and nearby areas as required for collections
- Handle collection-related documents and receipts responsibly

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
