About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and energetic Growth Executive to own key growth levers across target categories and city zones in Bengaluru. In this role, you will analyze user acquisition, retention, and order frequency metrics, design high-impact promotional campaigns, and run rapid growth experiments in close collaboration with marketing and category teams to expand market share and order volume.

Key Responsibilities
- Growth Levers Ownership: Drive city and category-level metrics across user acquisition, activation, repeat rates, and ordering frequency.
- Campaign & Promotion Execution: Design, launch, and monitor promotional campaigns, discount structures, and referral programs to boost order volume while maintaining unit economics.
- Funnel & Data Analytics: Track daily funnel metrics (impressions to conversions), identify drop-off points, and translate data into actionable growth strategies.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation:



Partner with marketing, product, and category teams to run rapid growth experiments across user touchpoints, messaging, and pricing strategies.
- Category Alignment: Collaborate closely with category managers to highlight high-margin products, clear inventory through targeted offers, and capitalize on demand trends.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or category ops—preferably within e-commerce, quick-commerce, food tech, or hyper-local platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities; proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets is required (knowledge of SQL, Looker, or Power BI is a plus).
