About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented
Interior Billing Engineer
to handle project billing, quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and coordination with site and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify
BOQs, RA Bills & Final Bills
- Prepare quantity take-offs and measurements as per drawings/site work
- Check contractor/vendor bills and supporting documents
- Prepare work orders and rate analysis when required
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors and project teams
- Track project quantities, billing status and variations
- Verify measurements at site and maintain proper billing records
- Ensure billing is accurate and submitted within timelines

Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in
Civil Engineering
or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in
Interior / Civil Billing
- Good knowledge of
BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis and billing
- Proficiency in
MS Excel
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage
- Solid attention to detail and documentation skills
- Good communication and coordination skill
