We are looking for a technically strong and result-oriented Marketing Engineer to expand our customer base and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B leads through calls, email, LinkedIn, exhibitions, references and market visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment/process solutions.
- Prepare and present product presentations, quotations and technical proposals.
- Coordinate with the design, production and projects teams to understand technical requirements and project feasibility.




- Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations and technical discussions.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and proposals until order closure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Visit customer sites for requirement assessment, discussions and project follow-ups.
- Research new markets, industries and potential applications for CADIF equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and sales pipeline.
- Participate in industrial exhibitions, conferences and customer visits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams during order execution to ensure smooth communication.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information and share it with management.
