Travel Executive / Ticketing Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle flight ticket booking, cancellation, rescheduling, and related ticketing procedures.
- Use Amadeus for airline reservations and ticketing activities.
- Prepare and manage travel itineraries according to customer requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable flights, travel routes, and packages.
- Communicate with customers and understand their travel requirements.
- Provide accurate information regarding fares, schedules, availability, and travel policies.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.
- Use strong communication and convincing skills to convert enquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers when required.
- Maintain accurate booking and customer records.
- Ensure all ticketing and travel documentation is completed correctly.




- Provide professional customer service throughout the booking process.

Job Requirements
- IATA Certificate preferred/required.
- Positive knowledge of Amadeus.
- Strong understanding of airline ticketing procedures.
- Good knowledge of itinerary preparation.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable travel solutions.
- Experience in travel agency or ticketing operations will be an advantage.
