Job Summary :-

We are looking for an Quality Supervisor to supervise quality inspection activities, ensure compliance with quality standards, and maintain product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities :-

Supervise and monitor incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities.

Ensure products are manufactured according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Lead and guide Quality Inspectors and shop-floor quality personnel.

Check and verify dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Gauges, Height Gauge, etc.

Monitor production processes and identify quality issues.

Prepare and maintain inspection reports, rejection reports, NCRs, and quality records.





Ensure proper identification and segregation of rejected/non-conforming material.

Conduct routine process and product inspections on the shop floor.

Monitor calibration status of measuring and testing equipment.

Required Skills:-

Valuable knowledge of Quality Control and Inspection processes.

Knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.;

Knowledge of measuring instruments and gauges.

Qualification:

Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
