Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and other channels.
- Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct product/service presentations and explain offerings effectively.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Meet assigned sales and business development targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance.

Preferred Qualification:
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, International Business, or Business Analytics
- BBA / BBM / B.Com with strong business communication skills
- BA / MA in English, Mass Communication, Journalism,



Public Policy, Economics, or similar, if the candidate is strong in writing and research
- PGDM candidates can also be suitable

Core Skills Required:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in business development.
- Strong English drafting and communication skills
- Good research and analytical ability
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Attention to detail and document-reading ability
- Ability to summarize information in a clear and usable format
- Organized working style and strong follow-up discipline
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently after training

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
