✦ Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with IT Procurement Managers, requesters, vendors, and national buying entities.

• Manage low-value IT contracts/POs, order processing, tracking, complaints, catalogues, and cross-charging.

• Execute IT tendering processes, evaluate bids, prepare vendor shortlists, and optimize procurement processes.

• Support vendor evaluation, negotiations, vendor relationship management, and stakeholder coordination.
