Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and support business growth. Freshers are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Generate leads through referrals, calls, networking, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer-acquisition targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Participate in customer meetings, promotional activities,



and business-development initiatives.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in BBA, B.Com, BA, BMS, BBM, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- Experience: Freshers can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Target-oriented with a positive and confident personality.
- Strong willingness to learn sales and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, if required.
