About the Job

The Short Version:

You create AI videos that people swear were filmed by a real crew - and then build the system that lets entire teams recreate that quality at scale.

The Longer Version:

AI video creation is changing faster than anyone can keep up. Most of it still looks unmistakably AI—faces drift, lighting falls apart, continuity breaks. Your job is to make people forget they're watching something AI-generated. First with your own hands, then by turning your method into a pipeline a client can run without you in the room. You will sit with a client, figure out what they actually need (a brand's ad format, a training-narration style, an episodic drama), and make the first pieces yourself. Once the format works, you turn it into a repeatable skill and hand it over. Do it once by hand. Then build the thing that does it a hundred times.

A month in, you're the person who can

● Walk into a client conversation, pull out what they really want, and leave with a production spec.

● Build the first version yourself, prove the creative works,



then turn it into something that can produce hundreds of videos without losing quality.

● Turn that one-off into a pipeline: brief, references, key frames, shots, final video.

● Keep entire scenes visually locked - same character, same environment, same cinematic language - even across long sequences.

● Direct AI models with prompts, references, and workflows that consistently deliver production-ready shots.

● Build workflows a client can run unattended, pause, and pick back up without losing work.

This role is for you if:

● You've gone beyond playing with AI, and built real systems people actually use.

● You can talk about a lens or a camera move and say why, not just that it looks valuable.

● You're happy in front of a client: running discovery, translating a brief, showing rough work and taking the notes.

● You write things down. Schemas, steps, gates. Because someone else has to run what you make.
