Role Description

The PCMB K12 Teachers will deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned instruction in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology for K12 students in Jharkhand. Responsibilities include planning and conducting classroom lessons, explaining concepts clearly, addressing student doubts, and providing individualized academic support. The teacher will assess student performance,



prepare and evaluate assignments and tests, and share constructive feedback with learners and guardians as needed. The role also involves collaborating with academic coordinators, participating in training sessions, and contributing to continuous improvement of teaching materials and methods. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jharkhand, India.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Education and subject-matter expertise in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology for K12 levels.
- Demonstrated Teaching and Training skills, with experience facilitating interactive, student-centered learning.
- Ability in Lesson Planning, including creating structured lesson plans, assessments, and learning activities aligned with curriculum standards.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex scientific and mathematical concepts in a clear, age-appropriate manner.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Ed
