Publisher Partnership Associate / Manager – Affiliate Marketing

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Publisher Partnership Associate / Manager to develop, manage, and grow publisher partnerships for affiliate marketing and digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong networking and communication skills, with an existing global publisher network being highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with affiliate publishers globally to expand our publisher network.
- Build, maintain, and manage long-term relationships with publishers, media partners, and affiliate networks.
- Onboard current publishers and introduce them to relevant affiliate campaigns and offers.
- Negotiate publisher payouts, placements, traffic terms, and commercial conditions.
- Explore new publisher acquisition opportunities and expand partnerships across international markets.

Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Publisher Partnerships,



Performance Marketing, and Digital Advertising.
- Candidates with an existing network/connection with publishers globally will be highly preferred.
- Candidates without an existing network but with strong publisher acquisition, networking, and relationship-building skills are also welcome.
- Ability to manage multiple publishers and campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms is an added advantage.

Experience:

Associate: 1–3 years
Manager: 3–7+ years

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
