D2C Growth & Performance Marketing Lead

We are looking for a commercially driven D2C Growth & Performance Marketing Lead to work closely with the founders and take ownership of our e-commerce growth strategy, paid acquisition, and online revenue.

This is a strategic and hands-on role. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building the execution roadmap, running performance campaigns, and improving profitability across the customer journey.

Your performance will be measured by purchases, revenue, ROAS, MER, CAC, conversion rate, average order value, and contribution margin, not leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall D2C growth and performance marketing strategy.
- Work directly with the founders to set revenue targets, budgets, priorities, and growth plans.
- Own Meta Ads strategy, campaign execution, optimisation, and scaling.
- Manage prospecting, retargeting, catalogue, and Advantage+ Shopping campaigns.
- Deliver monthly sales, revenue, ROAS, MER, and CAC targets.




- Analyse product performance and identify opportunities to scale winning categories.
- Develop strategies for pricing, promotions, bundles, offers, and new-product launches.
- Create structured testing plans for audiences, creatives, messaging, offers, and landing pages.
- Improve conversion rates across product pages, checkout, and the overall purchase journey.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators on conversion-focused advertising.
- Translate performance data into clear creative briefs and business recommendations.
- Allocate advertising budgets based on revenue potential and contribution margin.
- Ensure accurate tracking through Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Shopify, GA4, and UTMs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the founders with insights and action plans.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, consumer behaviour, and recent growth opportunities.
- Guide junior team members, agencies, or freelancers when required.
