Position Summary

We are looking for a smart, detail oriented, and responsible Sales Coordinator who can prepare accurate, professional, and timely quotations for customer inquiries. The candidate will play an important role in supporting the sales process by understanding customer requirements, coordinating with internal teams, checking technical and commercial details, and preparing transparent and competitive offers.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, commercially aware, quick to learn, and comfortable working in a fast paced industrial sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and professional quotations based on customer inquiries, product requirements, specifications, and quantities.
- Understand inquiries received through email, phone, WhatsApp, or internal sales coordination and convert them into proper commercial offers.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, purchase, stores, production, and management to gather pricing, stock availability, delivery timelines, and technical details.




- Prepare quotations for products such as wire ropes, wire rope slings, webbing slings, shackles, chain pulley blocks, electric hoists, anchors, anchor chains, lifting accessories, and other related industrial products.
- Ensure all quotations include complete commercial terms such as GST, delivery, freight, payment terms, validity, inspection requirements, packing, warranty, and other important notes.
- Maintain consistency in quotation format, presentation, language, and overall accuracy as per company standards.
- Compare customer inquiry specifications with available products and suggest suitable options or alternatives when required, under guidance from senior team members.
- Keep proper records of inquiries, quotations sent, revisions, follow ups, and customer responses.
