We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Admin & Operations Executive to support our day-to-day store and E-Commerce operations.

The role involves GRN processing, website cataloging, product photography, online order processing, customer support, inventory-related coordination, and general administrative activities.

You do not need prior experience in all these areas. Basic computer knowledge is enough, and complete training will be provided by our team.

The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, have good attention to detail, and be comfortable working with computers and online systems.

Training Provided Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities 1. GRN & Purchase Entry
- Process and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries in the ERP/software.
- Enter received products, quantities, rates, schemes, taxes, and other required details accurately.
- Verify physical stock received against purchase documents/invoices.
- Check for quantity differences, damaged items, or missing products.




- Coordinate with the purchase/store/godown team whenever discrepancies are identified.
- Ensure GRN entries are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain proper records of purchase-related documents.

2. Website Product Cataloging
- Add recent products to the OPUS RKID website.
- Upload product images and enter product information.
- Create and update:
- Product names
- Product descriptions
- Product prices
- Product categories
- Product sizes
- Colours
- Product variants
- Stock information
- Other required product details
- Ensure products are listed under the correct category and collection.
- Check product information carefully before publishing.
- Update existing product details whenever required.
- Maintain consistency in product names, descriptions and specifications.

3. Product Photography
- Take product photographs for website and online sales.
- Photograph kids wear, footwear, toys and baby-care products according to the required format.
