JOB RESPONSIBILITIES – MIS EXECUTIVE
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required by management.
- Collect, compile, verify, and maintain data from different departments.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all MIS reports.
- Maintain and update Excel sheets, databases, trackers, and reporting formats.
- Prepare management dashboards, summaries, and performance reports.
- Analyze data and identify trends, variances, gaps, and performance issues.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect required information within deadlines.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.
- Maintain proper records and ensure data is organized and easily accessible.
- Verify data accuracy by cross-checking information with source documents and systems.
- Prepare customized reports and analysis as per management requirements.
- Maintain department-wise and employee-wise performance trackers, wherever required.
- Monitor pending activities, targets, achievements, and deviations through regular reports.




- Automate and improve MIS reporting processes to reduce manual work and errors.
- Use advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and other relevant formulas.
- Prepare charts, graphs, dashboards, and presentations to communicate data effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee data.
- Ensure timely backup and proper storage of significant MIS files and records.
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments for correction.
- Maintain version control and ensure that only updated and approved reports are circulated.
- Support management in decision-making by providing accurate and meaningful data analysis.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and data analysis whenever required by management.
- Maintain proper documentation of reporting formats, data sources, and reporting procedures.
