Plant Operations Head – Textile Processing Factory

Location:Surat

Salary:₹40,000–₹60,000 per month

We are setting up a new polyester / synthetic textile processing factory in Surat and are looking for an experienced *Plant Operations Head* to manage day-to-day factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily plant operations and production

Ensure sufficient labour availability across the plant

Achieve planned production / saleable metres

Monitor machine utilisation and downtime

Coordinate smoothly between different production processes

Control labour cost and fuel cost

Solve day-to-day production, labour and operational problems on the factory floor

Candidate Profile

Experience in Surat textile processing industry is mandatory*

Experience in polyester / synthetic processing or textile printing & processing

Strong factory-floor and labour-management skills

Hands-on and comfortable working regularly on the shop floor

Positive people manager who knows how to get work done

Should be practical, responsible and execution-oriented

Should not be unnecessarily aggressive or create conflicts

Deep technical expertise in printing or dyeing is not required. We are primarily looking for a strong operations and people manager.

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां

फैक्ट्री का रोज़ का ऑपरेशन और प्रोडक्शन संभालना

पूरे प्लांट में जरूरत के अनुसार लेबर उपलब्ध रखना

तय प्रोडक्शन / Saleable Metres पूरा करवाना

मशीनों का सही उपयोग और डाउनटाइम पर नजर रखना

अलग-अलग प्रोसेस के बीच सही तालमेल बनाना

लेबर कॉस्ट और फ्यूल कॉस्ट कंट्रोल में र
