Job Description for Operations Executive

Atom Eats (www.atomeats.com) needs an Operations Executive to streamline our supply chain, logistics, and order fulfillment. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love staying organized, and keep processes running smoothly, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do:
- Coordinate with logistics partners to secure competitive rates, optimize delivery timelines, arrange pickups, track shipments, and keep customers updated.
- Work with sales accounts and the dispatch team to process and fulfill orders across retail, B2B, and gifting channels.
- Track inventory, sales, and returns to compile and update weekly performance reports.
- Support packaging material procurement to ensure zero downtime in order processing and fulfillment.




- Plan and manage inventory and logistics for offline events and marketing initiatives.

What we’re looking for:
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Robust communication, vendor management, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data handling.
- Excellent coordination skills to work seamlessly across sales, dispatch, and external vendors.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong at multitasking.

INR 25,000 per month
