About the Role

We are looking for experienced Business Development professionals with a strong background in BPO / Outsourcing Sales to drive new client acquisition, revenue growth, and business expansion.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, outsourcing/BPO business development, revenue generation, and managing domestic and/or international clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the BPO, outsourcing, and managed services space.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Generate leads through various channels and convert them into qualified business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to develop suitable solutions/proposals.




- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, commercial discussions, and closure.
- Prepare proposals, RFP/RFI responses, presentations, and commercial bids.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular business forecasts.
- Drive revenue generation and meet assigned sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new sectors, accounts, and outsourcing opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations, delivery, recruitment, and other internal teams for successful client onboarding and transition.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in BPO Sales / Business Development / Outsourcing Sales.
- Strong experience in B2B client
