Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Property Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties and generating recent business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential property buyers/tenants.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Arrange property visits and coordinate with clients.
- Negotiate deals and assist with closing transactions.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and property owners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate/property market.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Salary: 30,000 TO 50,000/- per month + Attractive Incentives
