The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their insurance requirements, generating qualified leads and converting prospects into customers. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company-provided database. - Explain insurance products and benefits in a simple and professional manner. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions. - Generate qualified leads. - Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp. - Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and customer interactions. - Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling for lead conversion and policy issuance. - Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.



- Ensure all customer communication follows company and applicable regulatory guidelines.
