Social Media Manager - Tik Tok & Instagram
Location: Remote
Timing: Night Shift (US time zone)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to grow our presence across TikTok Shop and Instagram. This role will be responsible for planning content, driving engagement, identifying trends, collaborating with creators, and supporting social commerce initiatives to increase brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy
- Develop and execute content strategies for TikTok and Instagram.
- Build monthly content calendars aligned with product launches and campaigns.
- Stay updated on platform trends, viral formats, and algorithm changes.

Content Creation
- Plan and publish short-form videos, Reels, Stories, and posts.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and editors.
- Write compelling captions and optimize hashtags.

TikTok Shop
- Support TikTok Shop campaigns and product promotions.
- Coordinate product tagging in videos and live sessions.




- Monitor product performance and optimize content based on sales data.
- Collaborate with affiliate and creator teams.

Community Management
- Respond to comments and messages.
- Build engagement and encourage user-generated content.

Creator & Influencer Coordination
- Identify creators, manage briefs, and track campaign ROI.

Analytics & Reporting
- Track Reach, Engagement, Followers, Views, Watch Time, CTR, Conversion Rate, TikTok Shop

GMV, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, design, merchandising, and e-commerce teams.

Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years managing TikTok and Instagram.
- Solid understanding of short-form video content.
- Experience with TikTok Shop or social commerce.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Analytical mindset and familiarity with platform insights.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Fashion, Wellness, or D2C
