Position Objective

Happy Move requires a Human Resources Intern to execute talent acquisition operations and conduct rigorous qualitative assessments of prospective personnel. This role is strictly focused on identifying capable professionals and systematically eliminating unqualified candidates from the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Operations: Execute systematic sourcing of candidate profiles, administer initial screening protocols to immediately discard non-viable applicants, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Qualitative Candidate Analysis: Conduct objective evaluations of applicant suitability. Scrutinize resumes, verify claimed competencies, and critically analyze interview and assessment outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
- Data & Record Management: Maintain precise, up-to-date documentation regarding candidate progression, ensuring transparent justification is recorded for all advancement or rejection decisions.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹23,901.48 per month
