BIBA is looking for a young, creative and hands-on Designer Static, Video & AI Content to join its in-house Brand & Content team. This role will support the Social & Content Operations Manager and help create daily content for social media, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, CRM, ecommerce and campaign rollouts.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about fashion, social media, design, video editing and recent AI tools. We are looking for someone who is full of ideas, rapid with execution and excited to create fresh content every day.

Job Location : Sector 59 Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities
Create static posts, carousels, stories, reel covers and campaign creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
Edit and create short-form videos for Reels, YouTube Shorts, stories and campaign cutdowns.
Repurpose existing campaign shoots, ecommerce images, creator content and videos into multiple social-first assets.
Create content from scratch using available footage, images, product assets, typography and music.




Support the Social & Content Operations Manager with daily and weekly content requirements along with other creative adaptations.
Create CRM creatives, email banners, WhatsApp creatives, ecommerce campaign tiles and retail/store assets.
Use AI tools to speed up design adaptations, visual options, background extensions, concept references and content variations.
Adapt campaign creatives into multiple sizes and formats across social, CRM, ecommerce and retail.
Bring new content ideas, reel formats, carousel formats and visual references to the team.
Keep track of social media design trends, fashion content formats and creator-led visual styles.
Maintain organized design files, assets and final exports.
Work quickly on feedback and ensure timely delivery of all assigned creatives.
Required Skills
2–5 years of experience in graphic design, social media design or digital content creation.
Solid working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and Adobe Creative
