Total Experience Required: 8–12 years of overall relevant experience.
BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience is mandatory.
Location: Pune / Bangalore preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Gather and document requirements for Payments transformation initiatives across front-end (App/Browser) customer journeys
Support delivery across Cross Border Payments, FX engine, Wallets, Payment Operations, ISO20022, or Compliance & Regulatory Payments workstreams
Write EPICs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria; run requirement workshops and backlog grooming sessions
Support end-to-end delivery lifecycle activities, including risk & issues analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional,
multi-geography teams throughout delivery
Required / Must-Have Skills
Domain: Payments, Front End (App/Browser) — strong customer journey exposure on Mobile or Browser
Sub-domain exposure to at least one of: Cross Border Payments, FX engine, Wallets, Payment Operations, ISO20022, or Compliance & Regulatory Payments (across more than 2 geographies)
Excellent communication skills
Agile exposure of at least 2 years or more — not limited to Sprints and Scrum planning
Solid at writing EPICs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria; running elaborate requirement workshops and backlog grooming
Understanding of the end-to-end delivery lifecycle and the role of a BA at each stage, with a valuable command of risk & issues analysis
Preferred / Positive-to-Have Skills
Prior experience with a leading global bank (preferred, not mandatory)
