We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for IT roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and hiring skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology positions
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers/ATS
Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining details
Coordinate offer rollout and joining formalities
Maintain a solid candidate database for future requirements
Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, interview-to-selection ratio, and joining ratio
Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
