We are looking for an experienced and motivated HVAC & BMS Sales Engineer to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customers, generating project opportunities and selling HVAC, BMS, sensors, controls and building automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify and develop customers, projects and market opportunities.
- Sell HVAC and BMS Sensors, including Pressure Sensors, Temperature Sensors, Humidity Sensors, Differential Pressure Sensors, Air Flow Sensors, CO₂ Sensors, and other HVAC control and monitoring solutions.
- Develop relationships with HVAC consultants, HVAC contractors, MEP consultants, system integrators, OEMs and end customers.
- Visit customers and project sites for technical and commercial discussions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare quotations, technical proposals and commercial offers.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and projects from enquiry to order closure.




- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update sales reports.
- Coordinate with the technical, project, purchase and internal sales teams.
- Develop business from both existing and new customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and new project opportunities.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HVAC, BMS, Building Automation, Sensors and Controls.
- Experience in technical sales.
- Robust customer relationship and business development skills.
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and prepare commercial proposals.
- Good follow-up and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and project visits.

Education Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation or a related engineering discipline.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC, BMS, Building Automation, Controls, Sensors, Automation or related technical sales.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
