nCold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calling to introduce products/services,

nidentify opportunities, and schedule meetings or demos. Develop scripts and strategies to effectively

nengage prospects and convert leads into opportunities.

nLinkedIn Networking: Leverage LinkedIn and other social media platforms to expand the company's

nnetwork, establish relationships with key decision-makers, and enhance brand visibility. Engage with

nrelevant industry groups, participate in discussions, and share valuable content to position the company

nas a thought leader.

nEmail Outreach: Create and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads, promote

nproducts/services, and drive conversions. Craft compelling email content, A/B test subject lines and

nmessaging, and utilize marketing automation tools to optimize campaign performance.

nLead Management: Manage and prioritize inbound leads generated through various channels, ensuring

ntimely follow-up and qualification.

nJob Requirement

nExperience & Skills

nProven Success: 1-3 years in business development or sales, preferably in SaaS or technology. Lead

ngeneration and Cold calling is essential for the North America region.

nBusiness Development Expertise: Experience in B2B environments, including hunting, nurturing, and

nqualifying leads.

nCommunication Excellence: Solid verbal and written skills to engage and persuade senior

nstakeholders.

nAnalytical Thinking: Ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and strategies.

nTech Savviness: Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and other platforms.

nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
