About the Role

Nexxence is hiring a confident and articulate Sales Development Representative to work with prospective clients in the US market.

This is a communication-intensive, client-facing role. You will regularly speak with senior professionals including Directors, VPs, C-suite executives, and founders, so excellent spoken English, confidence on calls, and qualified communication skills are essential.

Candidates with international calling or international client-handling experience will be strongly preferred, especially those who have worked with US, UK, Canadian, Australian, or other global customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with warm leads and schedule discovery calls.
- Speak with prospects to understand their career goals and LinkedIn challenges.
- Conduct professional discovery and introductory calls.
- Explain Nexxence's services clearly and confidently.
- Re-engage interested prospects through LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp.
- Reach out to new prospects using LinkedIn and databases provided by the company.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing users.
- Keep track of conversations, follow-ups, call outcomes, and conversions.

What We're Looking For

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confident, clear, and professional while speaking on calls.
- Ability to build rapport and hold natural conversations without sounding scripted.
- Comfortable speaking with senior professionals and international clients.
- Prior experience in international calling, inside sales, business development, client servicing, customer success, or other client-facing roles is preferred.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, Zoom, and similar communication tools.
- Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing follow-ups independently.

Work Schedule & Location

- Full-Time
- Fixed Salary
- Based in India.
- Working hours: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST,



aligned with US business hours.
- The first one week will be in-person training at our Thane office.
- After successful completion of training, the position will transition to a fully remote role.

Compensation:
