We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to support sales activities, manage customer enquiries, coordinate with the sales team, and contribute to revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert them into orders.
- Handle customer queries, provide product information, and maintain good customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team and ensure proper allocation of work.
- Prepare MIS reports, billing details, sales reports, and event reports.
- Attend events, market/range visits, and collect potential leads.
- Coordinate new customer/coach registrations and maintain records.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients and follow up on prospects.
- Take customer feedback and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing deals.
- Work closely with team members to achieve overall sales objectives.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Solid follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting, and basic billing.
