- The ideal candidate has experience in Polymers/ Masterbatches/ Pigmets/ Compounds/ Engineering Polymers Sales &
- Marketing team coordination.

- Coordination between Sales, Logistics &

- Customers

- Full time Coordination to be done with Sales team, Production &

- Dispatch team on the subject of orders, dispatches on a daily basis

- Take order from parties, customers & marketing person and make proper format for orders and maintain in excel sheet for pending orders.

- Payment Follow-up and Responds to sales inquiries from the customers.

- Preparing &

- Sending Quotes, Proforma Invoices, Production orders etc

- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material

- Coordinating with Customers for Order Follow-ups, Pre and Post-Dispatch formalities, Payments etc.

- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

- Identifies Sales revenue trends by customer and Portfolio.

- Interacting with potential customers via various channels such as Live Chat, E-mails, Social Media and direct calls to promote product services.

- Handle incoming calls, addressing customer complaints and gather customer feedback.

- Explain product features, benefits,



pricing and modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand.

- Build positive relationships with customers and convert the Orders into closing sales.

- Identify customer needs, offer solutions and put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer.

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, acquiring and retaining customer contact information databases.

- Collecting information and providing support for Promoting &

- Marketing of products.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
