Sales Coordinator Edgeband Division
Location: [Okhla] New Delhi
Experience: 2–5 years
Qualification: Graduate
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations and sales orders.
- Coordinate with sales team, customers, production, dispatch and accounts.
- Track orders from booking to dispatch and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain customer records, price lists and sales MIS.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and pending orders.
- Handle and coordinate customer complaints until closure.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Ensure accurate order processing and timely communication.
Required Skills
- Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM.
- Strong coordination and customer-handling ability.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in Edgeband, furniture, plywood, laminates or related industries preferred.
