Role: Sales Consultant – HNI Customer Segment
We are looking for dynamic, confident and result-oriented Sales Consultants who can effectively handle HNI customers and convert qualified leads into business.
Key Requirements
- Excellent English communication and fluency is mandatory
- Strong convincing, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to convert leads into customers
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to achieve targets
- Confident personality with a qualified approach
- Experience in HNI / premium customer sales, Luxury, Real Estate, Financial services, Automobiles, Edutech,Hospitality or other premium segments will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and build relationships with HNI customers
- Connect with prospective customers through leads generated by the company
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets
- Maintain strong and long-term customer relationships
