About the role

Can you walk into a room, start a conversation, and talk a stranger into giving a young brand a shot? That's the whole job. ?

Impact Water is growing fast across HoReCa, corporates, retail, events and other B2B channels — and we need someone who genuinely enjoys the chase: managing stakeholders and clients, building relationships, and closing deals. We're building a brand-new category in India's beverage space, and this role is how that category actually gets in front of people, one relationship at a time.

This is a field-first role. You won't be stuck behind a desk cold-emailing into the void — you'll be out meeting hotels, restaurants, offices, retailers and event companies, turning conversations into customers.

What you'll actually do

- Hunt down and approach potential B2B customers through outreach and lead generation
- Manage stakeholders and clients, and build real relationships with hotels, restaurants, corporates, retailers, event companies
- Generate leads and get meetings on the calendar
- Pitch Impact Water and close new accounts
- Grow the accounts you already have




- Keep your pipeline tight and your follow-ups tighter
- Chase (and hit) monthly targets
- Scout current territories and channels nobody's touched yet
- Work directly with the founders and sales team, not through five layers of managers

What we're looking for

- Someone who takes initiative and ownership without being told to
- Genuinely excited to learn on the job and try things you've never done before
- Willing to put in the effort to help build a brand-new category in India's beverage space, from day one
- 0–2 years of experience — freshers with the right hustle are very welcome
- You can talk to a stranger without breaking a sweat, and you actually follow up (most people don't — that's your edge)
- Energetic, persistent, and rejection just bounces off you
