Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad.

The Sales

Associate will identify and qualify prospective borrowers, explain Western Capital’s lending products, and guide clients through the application and documentation process. This role will involve building and maintaining relationships with customers and channel partners, following up on leads, and achieving sales and disbursement targets.

Associate will collaborate with credit, operations, and customer support teams to ensure timely approvals and smooth onboarding. Daily responsibilities include market outreach, regular reporting on sales activities, and adherence to compliance and company policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in customer relationship management, client communication, and consultative selling.
- Candidates should possess skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and basic market analysis for retail and SME lending.
- Candidates should possess skills in documentation handling, attention to detail, and coordination with credit and operations teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in negotiation, objection handling, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
- Candidates should possess a good understanding of lending products (such as LAP, home loans, business loans, and working capital loans) and basic financial concepts.
- Relevant experience in financial services, NBFCs, banking, or fintech sales is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and local languages, along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, is expected.
