Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find the right property solutions. You will play a key role in generating leads, managing client relationships,

and closing deals for a mandate project near South Bangalore with a professional knowledge about real estate.

Key Responsibilities

 Meet with clients to understand their needs and guide them through property options

 Present and promote real estate projects effectively to potential buyers.

 Generate and review sales and financial reports regularly

 Negotiate deals and ensure a smooth closing process

 Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships





 Collaborate with marketing and management teams to ensure brand consistency and sales targets are met

 Provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline updates

 Actively seek out and identify new sales opportunities through cold calling,

networking, and site visits

Key Requirements

 Any Graduate

 Proven experience as a sales Associate or similar role in real estate

 Strong interpersonal and communication skills

 Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets

 Good knowledge of local real estate markets and property trends

 Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

 Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team

 Excellent convincing skills

 Highest client conversion ratio
