About the Role

Limestays is looking for a proactive, target driven and results oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving bookings through online travel platforms such as Airbnb, MakeMyTrip and other OTA portals, along with developing offline sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer focused approach and the ability to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate bookings through Airbnb, MakeMyTrip and other OTA platforms
- Handle customer enquiries, respond to guest messages and follow up on leads
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets
- Identify and develop offline sales opportunities through local networks, businesses and channel partners
- Manage and update property listings, rates and availability across booking platforms
- Build and maintain robust relationships with guests,



customers and business partners
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Track sales performance and actively work towards achieving revenue targets

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in sales, hospitality, vacation rentals or OTA platforms will be an added advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer handling skills
- Confident and proactive approach towards sales
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple enquiries and meet targets
- Immediate joiners preferred
