Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Important

International tour package sales experience is mandatory. Candidates without relevant travel sales experience or those not based in Delhi should not apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Sell international holiday and tour packages to customers.
- Understand customer requirements, budgets and preferences and recommend suitable packages.
- Prepare customized itineraries, quotations and costing.
- Handle customer enquiries through calls and emails.
- Follow up consistently with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
- Handle customer queries, concerns and last-minute itinerary changes.
- Stay updated on international destinations, travel trends and industry developments.
- Coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required Skills

- 1–2+ years of experience in international travel sales.




- Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of International & CIS destinations.
- Experience in itinerary planning, costing and package preparation.
- Robust customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally through calls, emails and WhatsApp.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Prior experience with a travel agency/tour operator is preferred.
