Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and managing relationships with existing clients.

The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to translate client needs into tailored branding, advertising, and digital marketing solutions, and will prepare and deliver proposals and presentations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating campaigns, tracking performance metrics, providing regular updates to clients, and supporting training or onboarding for clients on marketing tools and services.



The role also requires staying current with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and campaign recommendations.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including transparent written and verbal interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Customer Service and client relationship management skills to ensure responsive, solution-oriented support.
- Demonstrated Sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Ability to deliver Training on marketing solutions, platforms, or processes for clients and colleagues.
- Sales Management capabilities, such as planning targets, monitoring performance, and optimizing sales processes.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts (e.g., social media, performance ads, branding) and ability to discuss them with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Bengaluru, collaborating in person and remotely as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred; relevant experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
- Experience in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment is an advantage.
